Ordered food online for pick up, never got it, sent on wild goose chase to another store up the road, still no order. But the... money was taken out of my account. I manage a chain of restaurants and I'm well versed in the online ordering process as it issomething I deal with everyday at my job. Where did this phantom order go? Good food, but it is a rare occurrence for them to give you what you actually ordered. Eating there regularly over the past... couple years, I think I got what I asked for maybe a handful of times. My husband and I went on Saturday to eat. The girls in there had bad attitudes. I ordered half fries/half onion rings. When we... got our food I had a few fries my husband had a few onion rings. I said this is not what I ordered it is suppose to a basketlike you bring the reg fries.The girl took our plates and brought them back threw them on the table with very little fries and 3onions that were very tiny. They never came back to our table to see if we needed anything else. When we checked out the samegirl still acted like someone owed her a favor. Love this place! As a baby boomer, it takes me back, and I get a kick out of the music and 50's decor. The menu is simple fare,... but deliciously prepared, and very reasonably priced. Great if you're looking for a quick bite or some old fashioned comfortfood. They have 30 different kinds of Shakes! Our server was delightful! Very friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. I did notuse the restroom, but the restaurant over all was very clean. So I imagine that carried over to the restroom as well. Read more
