Awesome staff, awesome food. I visited on 11/27/22 Sunday afternoon at about 3pm, and was helped by a extremely courteous young... man at the bar. I was alone and the only one in the restaurant. Ordered a Lil cheesesteak, fries and orange aid. Ordered no peppers on... cheesesteak. That's it. Brought me fries with no salt ( ok I can fix that) cheesesteak with peppers and no mushrooms (pickedthe peppers off) ketchup bottle leaked ketchup from the top so could not get any out. Went to pay and was asked if it was okand I said well I asked for no peppers and got peppers and no mushrooms. Waiter "I saw him when he put them on it." I saidnothing but you would think if you saw it you would have stopped the order from being brought out wrong. But instead I get topay for food I didn't order. Someone said they had really good ice cream/custard. Stopped by Fri around 4:15p. Two employees working. Maybe 6 customers. ... No one acknowledged my presence. After waiting around a few minutes, I left. Likely won't return. Read more

After getting the order wrong the manager got an attitude on the phone. The disrespectful reply explains a lot. Now I understand... why the place is empty during lunchtime. Food was good but sadly the service was not. Waitress did not deliver food (another employee did) and she never came back to the... table to refill our drinks or drop the check. They were only two other parties in the restaurant. When I walked up and asked forthe check so we could check out and leave, she said it would be a minute, which was fine. Another employee offered to help, butcouldn?t figure out the printer and handed me a blank sheet of paper to sign which I did, but then decided not to give it backsince there was no printed total. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF, and this was my very 1st visit but DEFINITELY NOT my last. The food was AWESOME ????????it was hot,... and fresh tasting and just a great meal. If you haven't tried the Shrimo Po' Boy you are missing out on some great food. The bunwas nice,fresh, soft, the lettuce and tomatoes and whatever sauce was on it was wonderful.
