well every time I go here they pull me to a parking spot and this last time I waited for 15 to 20 mins and only got my food... cause I went inside to go get my food. The quality of food you get here has a lot to do with when you go. Breakfast is great, lunch hour/mid day food is good, by the... night shift there?s a noticeable change in the food. For some reason I get 70% less chili on my chili dog when I go at night. Myfries are always cold at night. And my double cheeseburger has patty?s that seem like they?ve been sitting for hours waiting forme. The lack of consistency has officially lost me as a customer. I don?t mind waiting, but when I pull up to wait and my foodstill looks like this, it?s happened one time too many. Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We got a simple delivery meal of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, side of hashbrowns, a sausage biscuit,... and a plain biscuit. It took us OVER AN HOUR TO GET OUR FOOD. No sympathy or assistance from the staff after walking in multipletimes to ask what was going on. Do not eat here, absolutely disgraceful service with no regards to others time. Read more
I come here Monday thru Friday before work, it has never failed I have to pull up and wait for my order. It's never any more... than 3 cars in line and all of them have to pull up. Went through the drive through, ordered a Frisco sandwich combo - the cashier asked that I park in the 2nd parking spot and... someone would bring out food... waited at least 10 minutes, a worker came out with the wrong order, went back in and no oneelse came out, after waiting an additional 10 minutes. Went in to get money back, the person in charge act as if they did notwant to refund me, and tried to give me a ham sandwich in the place of a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo...just sorry serviceall of the way around. Ordered two orders of chicken strips and it took 20 minutes before I had to go in and demand my food! My fries where raw and not... cooked and the onion ring where hard as a rock.When I went in not a single employee was actually working and they refused togive me a refund and gave me terrible food instead! They are usually very good. Food has not seemed as fresh lately. Even had to wait for hot ham and cheese and it was hardly... warm. The staff are always so nice though. Read more
The management here needs to shape up. They do NOT treat their employees or their customers like humans. If you ever go inside,... you'll see how the managers bark at their employees and treat them horribly. I'm only giving 2 stars because the food is stillexcellent and the regular employess are awesome for all the work they do without getting much reward. (Hardee's as a wholerocks). However, this particular store has some of the worst managers I've ever seen. Read more
