Young short girl at register was rude & treated me like we had beef in HS or something. Did not say hello. Had annoyed robotic... expression on her face like I was a nuisance. I tipped just for my order being taken & said thank you, and she didn?t say asingle word. Who?s training these kids now a days?? Sub tasted odd & had barely anything in it. Not returning. Read more

Great sandwiches, but a little slow at times and seating is limited. Often have to take out instead of eating in because of the... lack of available seating in the restaurant. Read more

I got a foot long sandwich with Turkey and Ham. It's been a long time since I had Firehouse Subs. It was really good.

The staff was noticably good. In every way. Seriously. Don't take them for granted. They could make any old Cook Out or any... similar type special. Have you ever been to a horrible Cook Out vs a really good one? The difference is in the people. It's theinvaluable time of good people that make a business great. It's what not only what maximizes profit, but sustains a scales abusiness. I hope the brass recognizes the value they have here Read more

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I was trying to order food for the surgery residents on call tonight at the... hospital and since we?ve been busy I finally got a chance to call 20 minutes before Firehouse closes. Apparently they can?t makesubs that late so the woman on the phone hung up on me. Will be taking our sub orders to Jersey Mikes. Thanks Read more

When I stopped here I only felt like getting a little lunch and I live sandwiches. I have known for years that this chain helps... fire stations with donations but hardly ever stop in. I'm very happy I stopped in this day because the sandwich was great! Ihave almost eliminated pork from my diet but I could not resist the Honey Virginia Ham sandwich. I loved the taste of sweet andsavory and that perfectly toasted bun just adds icing to the cake. I have been stopping by once a month and never had I receiveda bad experience. The associates are nice, very helpful, and my sandwiches have always been just as I wanted. I'm one of thoseunusual people who want a warm bun but cold meat and they never give me a strange look. On occasion I had to use the bathroomand never were they messed up or smelling. I don't know if it's the responsiveness of the employees or the class of customers but it is very much-loved by me. In Greenville you have a lot of choices but I can't think of any that does what they do here. Read more

Today was my first time in a Firehouse Sub. If memory serves me right, I had a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch for lunch. The sub was... just great, tasted fresh. The personnel was friendly. Looking at the customers present today, many found their way to a good Subplace. Would definitely come here again. Shame I won't be in the area much longer. Read more
