Make sure that you ask if they used decaf or original. I ordered two iced coffees and watched them pour decaf. I asked if decaf... is normally used. The guy said "No, we have to make more original." The never asked me if decaf was ok. I watched them do thesame for multiple drive thru orders. Read more
Ordered a cold brew, came out looking like straight milk and ice. Asked politely to have some more coffee added and you would?ve... thought this was the end of the world for this worker. I can't say how disappointed I am in the service here. I'm revising an earlier review. The staff were so sullen and rude to... customers. I say them refuse to work with two customers in front of me. Then when I ordered, they told me they wouldn't ringit up the way I've had my order rung up for over ten years. I tried to reason with them, but the lady was so rude and told methey just wouldn't do it. I tried to reason with her and she said "I don't care." I ended up just walking out. Coffee is sometimes cold when it's supposed to be hot. The doughnuts are delicious and the orders are almost always right. Some... of the employees are so sweet and magnificent. But the place is not always the cleanest so sometimes it makes me wonder aboutthe food. It may taste good but you never know what germs are inside. Read more
