Extremely understaffed. One server for the whole place. She was trying her best to give good service but it was just too much... for one person to handle. The food took almost an hour but it was good. Read more

My experience was bad. They only 1 cook. I watched my food come up. Waitress let it sat until it got cold. Sent it back. The... host was confused. Like things I said wasn't registering. We go here at least every few months. This will be our last. Server was awful. 3 tables and took 55 minutes for food. Which had... so much grease we were able to wring eggs and hash browns out. The only positive was the manager apologized and took 50% off. Read more

I did curbside and ordered a BLT meaning bacon, lettuce, tomato which is also supposed to come with mayo. I know my glasses... prescription isn't up to date, but I don't see any lettuce or mayo, and only received ONE tomato nor the ranch I paid extra for.They really take the "tomato" part seriously with the one slice they sparingly put on there. Even with these inflation prices Ican afford two slices, so I would expect a big company like that to give me what I paid for. When I called the store, I spokewith the manager named Christina who was more irritating to talk to than when I looked at my bacon and tomato sandwich. I askedfor a refunded meal or a store credit, which I was met with "you need to return it for inventory purposes in order to get anysort of refund". At this point, returning my food and driving back to my house is more expensive than the whole meal itselfsince gas prices are ridiculous nowadays. In conclusion, I would stay away from anything containing bacon or tomato since itmight be recycled from my sandwich. I will be spending my money at an establishment that doesn't give me attitude and gives mewhat I paid for the first time around, or at least is accommodating. I couldn't rate 0/5 stars, so 1/5 it is. All my fries were pale white (raw), my onion rings were burnt & told it was the grease fault then immediately cooked better... ones. They made my order wrong with gravy on my steak & remade my whole plate to go but gave me the same old used plate withgravy all on the inside top & bottom on my newly cooked steak, fries & potatoes & was told the manager said to give me the sameplate bc they only had 2 to go plates left in the store. All 3 burgers were made with tomatoes & Lettuce though it states all 3to be without them. So much was wrong. It's easier to say what was right. Read more

Today will be our last time going to this location!!! I ordered at 929? & it?s 10:17 and I still haven?t received my food yet!!!... All I ordered was 2 orders of pancakes, cheese eggs and bacon!!! The lady said give them 15-20 min and it would be ready!!! Thetime before that they didn?t have all my food in my bag and the time before that we waited about 30min before we could beseated? and they weren?t full at all!!! We ended up across the street to Harvey?s where there?s some of the best breakfast foodin Greenville!! Read more

Unlike the past, today's visit was horrible. Had to wait to be seated and the place was less than 1/4 full. When we were... finally, seated the folks in the booth behind us were complaining that they had been waiting for 45 minutes and they stillhadn't received their order. We waited for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that we would soon be waited on. About 2 tablesbehind our booth was a table literally overflowing with dirty dishes, cups, etc.. The place felt unclean so we finally decidedto leave. This was terribly disappointing because we have visited this location often and would hate to see it closed down. Your management needs to either be changed or they need to better train their employees. No one seemed to care! We saw Perkinsand Bob Edwards close in Greenville because of this very same experience.
