Worst service I have ever a received at a chik fil a. The workers always seem like that you?re inconveniencing them when you... order your food. I?ve never been here without some part of my order being messed up. They serve food that has clearly beensitting out for at least 10 minutes. The bun shouldn?t disintegrate in my fingers when I pick it up because it?s so soggy fromsitting out for 20 minutes. I?d expect this service from a Waffle House, not a chik fil a Read more
This Chick-fil-a is the WORST chick-fil-a I have ever been to. There is no idea of customer service in the entire building. If... it wasn?t for the logo everywhere I would?ve thought I was in a mcdonald?s. Grub hub app is always messed up and never worksright. On top of that every time I order I can always count on them to screw up on atleast one of my items. Every time, withouta doubt they will screw up so goodluck ordering from here. My screw up this time is a milkshake with a busted out bottom. Itspilled all over the car so thank you chick-fil-a for never letting me down. Knew you would screw something up. They always have attitudes and you will be waiting for your order when there?s literally not that many people. They ?forgot my... order? and only gave me 7 nuggets. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They got new kiosks and they make the process slower. Read more
