This Burger King is rarely busy because the food is not well prepared or appealing and staff in the back doesn't seem to know... what they're doing. They're sloppy with food and look sloppy as people. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be something they do well. Front counter help seems a bit better and often seems frustrated with the food prep staff in the back. Restaurant could use agood cleaning. Read more

I just went through the drive through tonight about 9pm 11/17/22! Well I was using the app and the drive through person... obviously didn?t know how to use it she kept telling me to give her another code! Smh! So she said well I?ll give u a 5dollarmeal that?s the same thing (smh) so upon arriving to the window I ask, is the app down or something and she say oh it just givesu points that?s all it?s for! Smh! Being a manager this young lady was not trained properly on the standards and customerservice and should be removed from the window until further training! Then I didn?t get a receipt so I couldn?t call management!Bad Business! Read more

8-13-22 at 9:00 pm. Sat at drive through window for 10 min. No order taken and no one answering. Went to go inside and door was... locked. Horrible place and bad employees. Do not go here!!! Read more

Worst customer service. Went to the drive thru around 8pm on 6/15/22. No cars in line and no one inside waiting on food. It took... someone over a minute to acknowledge me (again no one was in line nor at the window). After being acknowledged drove up to thewindow and noticed two girls talking. The one at the window did not greet me when I pulled up because she was on her phone (pinkcase) and had her back turned away from me. I checked my food before pulling off and when I asked a question about the sandwichthat was given she immediately caught an attitude and said there?s nothing she could do. I expressed I would give the sandwichback for the correct one and with her attitude kept saying nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager and she beginsyelling at the kitchen (appears the manager was cooking). She comes back to the window with a bag and no type of apology onlyasking for the previous sandwich back. I?m handed the new bag and she closes the window and walks away. I had to ask someoneelse again to speak to a manager. The girl had no patience, no smile, extremely rude so zero customer service skills. And ifthe manager was okay with her yelling in the store at him and being rude to a customer then I would stay clear away from thisestablishment because I would hate for her to behave that way to the wrong person and things end up badly. COVID-19 alert: I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes before being attended. I also waited another 8 minutes for my food.... Mask are required for service as people are asked to put them on while in the store, but the employees don?t or barely wear themat all. The manager was also on front counter, she was masked. This makes no sense, as there is no dining inn allowed due toCOVID-19. As a health care provider this is unacceptable. Covid-19 is already rebounding this fall. In franchise owned BurgerKings, dining inn is allowed. This one is corporate. This was explained to me by a manager of a franchise store. When asked forsomething for my inconvenience of having to wait, such as a free french fry or small drink, I was denied. This was just a testof their commitment to customer service and they FAILED. The first and last time I order a sausage biscuit from Burger King. It was so greasy. This location is horrible. The service is... terrible. They hire the most unprofessional and rude team members. You will sit and wait for your food... every time.. no matterwhat you order. Avoid this location even if you work around the area. Read more
