Save your money worst Bojangles in town, service is always slow food in never ready, alway short changing your order because... they run out of the larger pieces of chicken, but still charge the same price. I am not sure what has been going on with this location. Today was the final straw I will never go back here again. I order my... food just to be told they only have tea, lemonade and coffee NO SODA. I dont like any of that then I get my food they are out ofjelly AGAIN another time they had no straws or ketchup. Back to my food I dont know what the flavor was in my Bo rounds or mycajun filet but both had strange almost bitter taste to them. Had to wait a long time for my sandwich but it was very good. Employees were very polite and so cheerful.
Since I live in Westhaven, getting to this restaurant is pretty easy and I tend to go here kinda often. Any time I order inside,... the staff always seem to forget at least one part of my order, but it always gets corrected after I mention it. The food ischeap and decent enough to eat again if you like chicken and biscuits. Read more
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered a 12 piece supreme tailgate and a 4 piece supreme dinner. Got the drinks at... the window and was told there was a 4 minute wait on the supreme. I pulled up to wait for the chicken and sat there for about 15minutes while about 7 cars pulled up behind me and ordered and got there food before me. Finally got my ordered and was toldthey put everything in the tailgate box so I would have less to carry. Got home just to find out they didn't put any of the 4piece dinner in there. And the 12 pieces they did put in there were smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. I could understandforgetting 1 sauce or a fork but missing half the order is unacceptable. This is the 3rd time in a row this location has messedup my order. On top of all that the manager that was inside had an extremely rude attitude. Read more
Asked for two 3-wing dinners. Cashier says we do not have any wings. I ask what is the wait time, the guy says 4 MINUTES. They... always say they?re out of something but are just too lazy to cook.
