They were rude. They lied about our food being fresh. We tried it in the parking lot OF KFC It was cold. We went back to the... window to just have them remake it the Manger said no demanded we give the food back and they give us a refund. Asked for themangers name and the lady who gave us our food (witch is the one who told me it was fresh) they wouldn't give us any names. Theyproceeded to say that they will tell there higher up what happen. An I quote "We made it fresh you didn't want that so I gaveyou a refund I handled that situation perfectly" (All with a nasty tone and loud voice) I did not want a refund I just wanted myfood to be warm but instead it was cold as if it had been sitting out for a few hours and the fries were soggy and stale. Ithink pretty much anyone can tell when food is not fresh. This all happened at 8:20 pm on 9-23-2022 manger pretty much said arecomplaint don't matter bcecause they were gonna call the higher ups and let them know we were gonna call and complain somemore. This was unacceptable, unappreciated and the attitude we got from both employee and Manger was just nasty anddisrespectful. We stayed calm through the whole situation while the Manger was yelling at us. This is not how you treat other inbasic society let alone as an employee. I use to love KFC until I started coming here. The workers at this KFC put such a badreputation on KFC as a company. ???? Read more
This experience was good. New driveway, fast service. Person taking orders seemed annoyed that we were ordering.
Went thru drive thru, only vehicle, got home and didn?t have all my order. When I called they offered me a free side next time I... come in. Their excuse was they were training new people. I was only vehicle in drive thru and no one was in the restaurant!Apparently they can?t handle one order. Read more

Very disappointed and mad that $50 I spent on this meal. Chicken was old, tough and dry. Large fries were hard, couldn't even... eat them. Biscuits were hard and dry, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were the only thing that was edible. I will never goback there. Read more
Horrible!!!! Stopped and ordered at 8:30. After the soccer games. Ordered eight piece bucket dinner. Ordered coleslaw, mashed... potatoes, biscuits and chicken. Received.. dried out Chicken two dried up with bones sticking out one leg, two hard dried upthighs. And two breasts. And Macaroni and cheese that was dried up and brown!!! Went thru the drive thru around 330p today. The individual taking orders was kind, helpful & polite! Also they were not stingy... with thr butter & honey. Unlike Ionia where we can never get crispy chicken (only original there) & we get 6 biscuits with nobutter or honey. So Thank you Gville KFC. Well done! Read more
Food is good and drive thru is appropriate considering it is a chicken joint. ????
