Normally a seamless experience. Today.......Lots of new, young employees. Stopped by at about 11am on a Friday. It was a... disaster. Placed our order at the drive thru. We paid and was waiting. We noticed an older lady walking and she was reallyhaving problems moving. I had noticed she was waiting on her order to be brought out and she looked totally confused. She got itoff her car and I asked if she needed help. She was waiting.. Over 10 minutes to have her food brought out. I ran in for her toinquire. Her order was misplaced, and the poor gal running the shift was (rightfully) frustrated. She's a good person and I knowher. The shift supervisor doubled her order which was kind to do. Ended up getting the older gals order and running it to hercar for her. Got in our car where my husband's was waiting. He was miffed! They tried to give him someone else's order lol toldhim to move forward and wait. Haha got home and our order was wrong, too. I didn't call yet but will tomorrow. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly. But the cashier inside doesn't know how to use the register or how to take orders. Her... manager was trying to help, but she was so jittery and nervous, she couldn't do her job properly. Go at your own risk, but thistraining will take some time. Read more
Most of the time things are good, but I must admit today things didn't go as smoothly. Order took awhile, which wouldn't be a... big deal, but the sasuage patty clearly wasn't fresh as it felt/tasted as though it had been made hours before being served tome. But one miss isn't so bad considering the rest of the times have been good. Read more
Been coming here for years, gotten the $5 meals a few times, good for quick lunch/dinner. This time, the food was all wrong an... the cookies were still dough-like somebody took out of the container an put in the cookie pkg. Come On Guys Y'all Can Do Better! Read more
