Waited 22 minutes for food before realizing they forgot our order and were fulfilling orders made after ours. They then got our... food together in 5mins. Then after realizing they forgot our fries we were ignored several minutes by employees who obviouslyseen us untill I had to raise my voice to ask for help. I can understand being short staffed, *the excuse we were given for themfirst forgeting our food*, But what about common curiosity? I remanded kind and mostly patient the whole ordeal. You get what you pay for. While the staff is very nice and helpful most of the time. The fries are always cold even at lunchtime... when you figure they so busy the fires should be fresh but when you get them they taste like they have been sitting in the boxfor awhile they have settled and the box has oil stains from sitting. their fries are never fresh and if you ask for fresh friesthey are real mean to you the girl that took my order acted like I was annoying her and cut me off multiple times, but at thesame time, the person that handed me my order was real sweet and went above and beyond. Very bad service , they do not listen to you when they're taking your order because the order is never right at all, they're... very rude, and I hate having to go there because of this. Refused to take our order. My partner & I were moving across country and decided to stop & grab a bite. We tried to walk up and... order since we were in a moving truck. We were told we can?t order that way, so we hopped back into the truck and tried to ordervia drive-thru. They literally did not come to the intercom to the take our order. We waited a couple of minutes. Nothing. Wegave up and went across the street to the gas station and literally saw other cars getting service. Ridiculous! Very slow at the drive through, the spicy chicken sandwich is way under any other competitors sandwich the fillet of fish came... to me like this had to wait to get home to eat that with it's abundance of tartar sauce and the fries had no salt. Not sure who the manger was working the drive thru window this morning, but she was very rude when I asked for a water. She told... me I would have to go all the way back around and wait, so I offered to pay for a bottled water since the machine she complainedabout having to get my water from was backed up with other orders. I asked her who the manager was and she said she was. I askedwhy she was having a bad day because she was so rude and she responded that she had a migraine. You guys should probably get hersome Tylenol or aspirin and keep her away from the window to prevent bad customer service. If that was anybody else, theywould?ve had a fit. My food was cold on top of that. So if I would?ve asked her to remake that, I would?ve been waiting eitherway. In the future, please choose your managers wisely. They are representing your company!
