I know places are short on help but after we have to wait an hour in the drive thru at least make sure everything is in the bag.... Receipt and your board showed the big Mac meal, but alas no big Mac in the sack. Bummer. Read more

Both lines were open in the drivethrough. They were only helping one lane. I sat for 15 minutes. I could not leave because there... was a car in front of me and behind. Finally, I told the car in front of me to yell into the speaker to let them know cars werenot being served in our line. He talked to someone and it took another 4 minutes before service began. Buy one/get one egg McMuffin ordered. It was shocking how small the egg and Canadian bacon were, and no cheese.
French fries all over the floor, sauce packets on the floor, Trash overflowing and on the floor... Just basically a mess. I was... the only customer in the store. Manager was there doing some menial task, employees walked past without a care. I don't thinkI'll risk eating here again. Read more
I open my door I open my door to get my DoorDash and come to find out get a nice good bite of my Oreo McFlurry and find out... there were barely any Oreo chunks then I go to the bottom to see if there are more Oreo pieces and there weren?t any more so Imoved on to my nuggs and they were way too crispy I could barely taste the chicken and I ordered sweet and sour and mustard anddidn?t get either of them Read more
