Not quite what it used to be, no matter where you find one. Because I am no longer a child, I feel inadequate to properly... provide a review. It does seem that the few children there had fun, but that same fun could be experienced at any other arcade,and would probably be larger with more options. Read more
I have not been to a Chuck E cheese in 20 years. I decided to take my kids and they had a great time. Brought back a lot of... memories we loved it. The customer service was awesome my son lost his play card in one of the machines. They were quick toreplace it with a new one and give him a voucher for the tickets he lost. They were also out of shark cupcakes so I couldn'tredeem my free one. They Happily made me a replacement shark on a different style cupcake. Read more
Celebrated my daughter Sophia's 10th birthday here. We went on a Tuesday during day and it was not crowed.
They had a decent selection of games to choose from and the lady working the front was so kind and remembered my son when we... went to leave. However the directions took us into the Mall at the complete opposite end and the directory showed us where itwas located in the mall so we walked to the other side to find out that you can't even get into it from the mall. You have toenter from the outside of the mall - on the complete opposite side of the mall. (With no signs on the windows you can see infrom the mall on how to get in.) Really the only downfall to our trip. I also love the game play card now instead of tickets!Very convenient. Read more
I had visited Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party. Positives the party was only 2 hours, pizza was pretty good, the kids were... entertained while eating and had fun playing the games. The employee that was working the party was nice, she filled all thekids cups with water and had adult cups out for the adults to fill, plates and tables were put out ahead of time aswell. Negatives: multiple machines were out of order, there were 2 parties there at the same time- which is fine but they putthe row of tables right next to each other when it easily could of been spaced apart. It is a nice place to still have a kidsparty and was told it was a good bang for your buck when paying for your kids birthday party. Read more
We have had many birthdays celebrated at this Chuck E Cheese. Even as an adult I have a great time playing the games. The pizza... is always good but you have to eat it fresh its not a left over type of pizza. I do LOVE getting their salad bar!! They alsohave beer and wine for the adults which is surprising but they cut you off after 2 drinks per ID. I like how they no longer usethe coins for the machines and how they just use play cards now, kind of lile Dave & Busters. This way your kids not losingcoins or running out. You can buy a play card for 30 mins, 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Plus when they sit down to eat they canpause their card so they don't lose their time. Great idea! Read more
A wonderful place to celebrate our 7 year old's birthday with a few friends. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
