This was a major disappointment. I love the Chick-fil-A franchise and this specific location was a major let down. I had to... return 3 tines to correct my order. Then was told there was nothing more she could do. My normal experiences is if they make amistake they correct it and be look oh here is a free sandwich not a employee who seemed agitated to be there today. Total letdown. Chick-fil-A is me and my family's favorite fast food choice and can honestly say I will never go back to the Westmorelandmall location the service was terrible. Always good. Fast food that actually fills you up because it's quality food.

My most recent trip was a mixed bag. The employees were courteous, clean, helpful, etc. Everything a manager or owner would want... from a crew. However, the food lacked the typical Chick-fil-A quality. It was fresh and hot, but just did not taste consistentwith the brand. Consistency is my favorite thing about Chick-fil-A. In addition, the strawberry milkshake tasted spoiled. Theychecked the strawberries and milk to assure the products were not old. Maybe it was an error with cleaning? They replaced theshake with another flavor, but at the point I was turned off by the product. Read more
