Ken, the manager waited on us. Courteous, informative and made us feel welcome. A gyro at Arbys??Arby's??? Yes, do yourself a... favor and get one. The roast beef gyro is a good sandwich. One of the workers was very rude and he was disrespectful and I saw him pick a nose, if eat it, and wash his hands
The drive thru had a line, so we went in. There also a line, but we didn't have to wait long. It did bother me that one of the... cooks had a bushy beard that was not contained at all. Also when ordering a shake, I asked for a med chocolate shake andrepeated my request 3 times. When I got my shake, it was a mocha shake. The new steakburger was almost barely good. Hardly any sauce on it so it was dry and overcooked. Will not buy again!
