Pulled into the McDonald's next door to pee & get a burger. Bathroom door has a sign "Out of Order" Walked across the parking... lot to Taco Bell. Toilet was "in order" Ordered a Taco & cinnamon twists. Cashier said, "I'll throw in the cinnamon twists. " Itold him that he didn't need to do that. He didn't charge. They are skimpy on the the meat sauce especially for the price. Not pleased at all. Had better at some other taco bells but... actually not many. Read more
I stopped in this Taco Bell omw back to work from a job I had this morning in Newport, KY. It was about half the distance back... to Indy. It was kind of busy and the mood was super cool. I was listening to some music and had ear buds in so I went to one ofthe kiosks to make my order. Those are super cool and really convenient. The store was in order and appeared very clean and justhad a great vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and got me my food in a small amount of time. And it was all hot! Even thefries! Waited a long time for our food. The cashier standing at the front was telling people they were understaffed and slammed.... However he kept standing there just watching people working. Finally got our food and missing an item. Went to the counter toget it but that cashier was gone and the 7 ppl working back there ignored me. One guy was texting on his phone wearing hisgloves. Gave up because wasn?t worth it. At least the food tasted decent. Read more
This location has been my favorite so far since being here in Indiana. Staff is friendly and seems to be be in a good mood. ????... Food is always hot. My mother even complimented this location and she's from Seymour area! Tacos are actually filled so that wasreally nice. Also verified my orders each visit. Read more
They are getting faster on orders. Yet they don't always get you your whole order, or they get order wrong. No matter how many... times you tell them the screen is incorrect. Staff is friendly though. So what do ya do, take the gamble you got a 50/50 ofgetting your entire order. Still love Taco Bell Read more
I give this tacobell 3 stars. Want it to improve. This visit was good. Went through the drive through and they were pretty quick... today. I got 4 chicken roll ups with cheese sauce and guacamole. They were all good. My wife got a steak quesadilla the endpieces didn't have much meat in them. Diane B was the cashier, she was nice and got my order right and out to me quickly. Read more
My husband and I are new to the area. We only came here because McDonald's locked their dining room at 6:30pm. And we had... several free items to redeem at Taco Bell. My order was correct, but that's only because I ordered right off the menu. Myhusband modified his order and they got it wrong. I took it back up to the counter and said this gordita is supposed to havenacho cheese, no shredded cheese. They remake it and this time it has shredded cheese and no nacho cheese. 2 times they couldn'thandle a simple request. We definitely will not be back to this location again. The dining room was clean and there wasn't await. So our food was ready fast. That was the only positive to come from our visit. Read more
