Lady taking our order had the biggest hog ring I?ve ever seen in a person?s nose, pink hair, and a sweatshirt that was so... oversized the shoulder seam was halfway to her elbows. Distracting/disturbing to say the least when trying to give our order.The rest of the staff was clean cut, dressed appropriately, and hustling around her to take care of the customers. We placed an online order to expedite pick-up; however, their doors were closed and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the... building. We called them and were told they were busy so they locked the doors. Doesn?t take a genius to figure out theyshould open the doors for pick-ups. This is the second time this occurred. The first time, we ordered and they closed thestore at noon unannounced. The individual that owns/operates this location should not be an entrepreneur. Period. Read more

Destiny is the best barista and saved me from being late to work. I placed a mobile order, and there were 5 cars in the drive... through when I got there 5 minutes before I needed to be at work (my fault for pushing it with the time). The lobby was closed,so I took my chances on the drive through. I told them at the speaker I had a mobile order and got in line like normal. It was afew minutes after I needed to be at work with three cars still in front of me, so I called to ask if I could cancel my order. Itwas already ready (thanks to the mobile order), and Destiny had me just pull around and met me at the door with it. So sweet ofher! Thank you Destiny! Read more
