It's a Long John Silver's / KFC. They act irritated if you order from the LJS menu and it's never good. Grease soaked fish - to... the point of dripping, burned hush puppies and gross, cold, great fries. I keep hoping they'll get it right because I've alwaysreally liked LJS, but it's not looking promising. Read more
Went today and bought 2 chicken planks. I was half way through one and realized it was raw chicken! I almost got sick. I showed... the manager. She apologized and gave me my money back. I'm done with LJS and just hope I don't get salmonella. So bad. Read more
Checked out your online menu before I wasted a trip and it states you have Cod, Salmon, and Alaskan pollock dinners. Went to... drive thru and when I placed my order for 2 Cod dinners, I was told 'We Don't Have Cod Here! Your Menu and your National chainstates 'You Do Serve Cod'.. FOLLOW THE NATIONAL MENU! Unfortunately I cannot rave about thus restaurant. The fish AND the chicken was very dried out and really should not have e been... served. The server said they were out of fries and all sides except mashed potatoes, then we had to go back thru the drive thrubecause the order wS wrong, I never received my shrimp nor any silverware to eat the mash potatoes with. Lastly the server saidthey were out of drink cups, lids and all drinks except tea and Dr Pepper. She also stated she and the cook were the only onesthat had showed up to work. Long wait for inaccurate order and the quality was horrible. The inside of the restaurant smells like the sewer is backed up.... The first time I went inside and smelled it. I just figured they had a temporary issue. I've now went inside 3 different timesover a few months span and the smell is still horrible. The adult staff were worse than a bunch of kids, very unprofessional andirresponsible. They had no care that it took 3 different attempts to correct the order. The food quality was very poor. It willbe a very long time before I return. The manager was taking up the whole counter at the register completing paper work. Whenevery table in the restaurant was empty. I love Kentucky fried Chicken and I love Long John silver's. To find them together in one location is a dream. But the staff of... this store leaves much to be desired. I was in there tonight and waited 20 minutes for my order and then it was wrong. The fishwas super greasy. The chicken was super greasy. The hush puppies are different than other Long John silver's but we'redelicious. Just watch to make sure the staff washes their hands and aren't hanging out with their druggie buddies in the parkinglot. Read more
This review is for the KFC side. The chicken was so good. And that's where it stops. My husband and I each got a box meal. Mine... was supposed to be chicken strips, but the lady entered in the wrong meal. No problem, it costs the same. The sides were notthat good. He asked for mashed potatoes with light gravy. The lady even told the person making our food that. He got extragravy. My sides were fries and macaroni and cheese. The fries were definitely old. They were cold and kinda chewy. The macaroniand cheese was cold too. I would probably go back, but I think next time I'll stick with the chicken only. It wasn't too greasyand it was actually hot. Read more
