My husband and I went there yesterday. Not impressed at all. The dining room was locked, but we just assumed that it was because... they didn't want to clean the dining room. So we went through the drive thru instead. We ordered the 4 regular roast beefsandwiches for $10. All 4 of them were cold and tasted old. My husband also got one of them with the red ranch. They put way toomuch sauce on it. And there were at least 3 people working. But it still took a little bit to wait. I can see why this locationhardly ever has any business. Read more

Attempted to order at the drive thru. The young man who was taking my order was incredibly rude. Terrible customer service. He... was argumentative and his attitude was very unpleasant. We decided mid order to take our business next door to Long JohnSilver's where we received outstanding customer service. Read more

Today I went to order Arby's through their drive thru at 1150am and was told they were closed, I asked when they opened was... told rudely that they open at 10 but have no employees. I understand if you are under staffed but if you the manager have beenthere for 2 hours and still do not have signs up on the drive through speaker or door indicating you are closed don't beunpleasant to people that do not know. You never know if they are open or not. Setting at drive thru waiting to order. Never any sign on order speaker stating your... closed. Have a limited window to eat lunch and don't have time to waste trying to figure out if your open. If your not going toopen, why don't you just close the restaurant. Can't count on Arby's Read more

This used be a great place to get accurate and hot food. Now this place us pretty much a dumpster fire. The last 3 visits have... resulted in incorrect or missing food. The staff struggles with human interactions like hello. Read more

Ordered 4 regular roast beef through the drive thru. Checked the bag and saw 4 sandwiches and went home. opened the sandwiches... and saw we were charged for and received 4 beef and cheddar. No big deal. It happens. I went back through the drive thru waited10min. I told them what happened and was told to come inside. (Rudely) I came inside, there I was met with the manager. She wasvery snippy and rude from the beginning. And said that since it was rung in as beef and cheddar it wasn't their fault. Andgrabbed four sandwiches and tossed them in a bag and handed it to me. I said thank you with a smile and walked out. (I was verysweet and kind and was careful with how I handled the situation because I have worked in customer service and I know accidentshappen it's not a big deal.) She was very short with her interaction with me. Like I was trying to steal sandwiches orsomething. It was very odd. We got home with our 4 sandwiches (I love 5min away). they were cold, falling apart, soggy and themeat was tough. We couldn't eat them and I didn't want to make another trip to the store with that manager on duty. We loveArby's but not looking like we will be returning to this location any more. Read more

The food was really good, fresh and well made. The service on the other hand was beyond lacking. It took over 20mins from... placing the order to receiving our order. The associate behind the counter did not want to take our order, after completing it,he mentioned to his other workers how he isn't waiting on anyone else. He showed no signs of customer service apart from puttingthe order into the system and handing my change. The floor in the dinning room was extremely sticky. After 20mins has passed,the family that ordered after me received their order. Meanwhile two associates got into an argument over who is filling theother orders. It was our 1st time to this Arby's. and the 1st to Arby's in quite a while. There really isn't anything for me to complain... about. There was hardly anyone there. I was able to place my order as soon as I was ready. I received great service, I didn'twait too long for my food and they got everything right. I was surprised at how much they had on their menu. Even my very pickyson was able to find something to eat and liked it. Read more
