Today I was served old cold food. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and they put none. I called to tell them and they hung... up in my face and took the phone off the hook. I called over 30 times. UPDATE I tries this location and was let down AGAIN. Themanager was so busy running her mouth to other staff about nonsense, putting on lip gloss IN FRONT of customers that we All hadto wait for a til to be assigned and the poor girl asked 3 times and was ignored. Then they try and pass off a boneless Wong asa finger I swear I took pictures. I didn't order nonessential wings. And if the manager was paying attention and checking ordersthey would of known. Drive thru staff was pleasant. But they didn't know how to use our app coupons. We ended up paying full price. We are little... short on money this time of the month. Using food coupons offers us to eat out as a family without spending a lot of money. Wecould have just refused the food but I hate the kind of customers that do that. Wings didn't have any sauce. My food wasn't fresh. It appears as the food was already made sitting prior to my order been placed... so they just fulfilled the order. I wouldn't suggest online ordering.. use the drive thru. Normally I use drive thru and theyare on point but online ordering for take out...never again Read more

I was very disappointed! I had heard this place was a great place to eat. I went through the drive thru ordering $35+ worth of... food. I was told to park because they would bring my food out to me that was at 3:45pm. My order consisted of a #1 #3 and a Cobbsalad. Two cars came after me and parked next to me, they received their food and left. A third car came and left, I stopped theyoung lady in the parking lot asking about my order. The young lady asked to see my receipt, I gave it to her. She went insideand a young man came out telling me they already sent my order out, I said you may have but it wasn't given to me. He repeatedhimself, I said well I don't have it so someone else must have received my order. The young man was holding my receipt, he againsays the order was made and sent out. I said you may have made it, but it didn't get delivered to me, why do you think I'm stillsitting here talking to you? I just want you to make my order and bring it out to me. Someone must have gave my order to one ofthe other 4 cars that parked next to me and left. The young man goes back inside and sends my order out with a different person.I ordered extra sauces and didn't receive them, I checked the order before leaving. The young lady didn't have my receipt andsaid she didn't know anything about the order she was just delivering it. I waited for my receipt and finally left at 4:15pm 30minutes for fastfood that the staff made the mistake of giving to another driver and you want to challenge me about the erroryou made. Please just own your mistake and get me my food or a refund. I don't steal and didn't appreciate the way the error washandled. Now as for the food it was just okay. I can't say it was worth the wait, maybe the way the situation was handled souredmy taste on the food. I didn't expect anything free or extra for a 30 minute fastfood error, but it would've been nice. InsteadI was made to feel like I did something wrong. Geesh! Read more

I am a big fan of this franchise and really like this location, as it is very close to other services that I use in the area.... The staff are always very friendly, the quality of food is fantastic and the place is always really clean. I highly recommendthat you stop in here to eat.
