Pretty solid option. Can't go wrong with whatever you order. Don't forget the sauce because the fries and bread tend to be dry.

I went through the drive thru line. My order was fine. The service was okay. The only issue is that I ordered 5 chicken strips... and an order of ranch buffalo chicken fries. When I pulled up to the window and I got my food, I asked for a BBQ sauce and hetold me that would be 25 cents. "I don't get a sauce with my chicken strips?" He said you do not get any sauce when you onlyget strips and not the combo. "What do you mean? I got chicken strips, shouldn't I get a dipping sauce with it?" "You don'tget it with just strips." I made a face and then he looked around and slipped me one. Now when I got my food home, I saw therewas a Zax sauce in the box, but I did not know that or want a Zax sauce. I do not usually have such a hard time at otherZaxby's locations, just this one. The food was good, but the service was sub par. The guy did give me the sauce, and I do notfault him for trying to follow policies, however, why would someone who ordered chicken strips not be entitled to 1 sauce oftheir choice? Read more

Hair in my food?.. Thank God I noticed it as soon as I sat down with my food. I asked the girl on the register for a refund and... she went to the back to get a manger. However, when the manager came out she had an attitude with me. Not once did anyoneapologize for the situation. She acted as if I had inconvenienced her for finding a hair and asking for a refund. For the sakeof the incident I just left without saying a word and proceeded to come and leave a bad review. I only wish I could leave anegative star review on the count of this situation?.. When you order a go big and they give you the normal amount of fries.

The food was ok, the bread is cheap and no flavor really, it needs more butter. The soda is good here though, good quality and... nice bubbles, very strong. The Tenders are crunchy and a bit tough but pretty good, the sandwich is ok but very good for lunchif on a rush. I would come again! Read more

Upon our arrival to Greensboro we decided to eat at Zaxby's before hitting the water park. It was my first time eating here. For... the wife she had ate there one time before. The food was neither good or bad. Something more neutral in the middle in myopinion. Nothing stood out in nothing was really memorable. What was memorable was the customer service experience at thedrive through window. The employee was lack luster and basically mute to any friendly greetings. We ordered, we weren't ask ifwe wanted any condiments, like ketchup for the super thick fries that we quite dry when trying to eat. We were given our orderin a timely manner and sent off with complete silence, when after I said thank you. Again the food was not bad. There was justnothing memorable about it to bring us back in line, especially with the drive through experience. Read more
