I went through the drive thru line. My order was fine. The service was okay. The only issue is that I ordered 5 chicken strips... and an order of ranch buffalo chicken fries. When I pulled up to the window and I got my food, I asked for a BBQ sauce and hetold me that would be 25 cents. "I don't get a sauce with my chicken strips?" He said you do not get any sauce when you onlyget strips and not the combo. "What do you mean? I got chicken strips, shouldn't I get a dipping sauce with it?" "You don'tget it with just strips." I made a face and then he looked around and slipped me one. Now when I got my food home, I saw therewas a Zax sauce in the box, but I did not know that or want a Zax sauce. I do not usually have such a hard time at otherZaxby's locations, just this one. The food was good, but the service was sub par. The guy did give me the sauce, and I do notfault him for trying to follow policies, however, why would someone who ordered chicken strips not be entitled to 1 sauce oftheir choice? Read more
Hair in my food?.. Thank God I noticed it as soon as I sat down with my food. I asked the girl on the register for a refund and... she went to the back to get a manger. However, when the manager came out she had an attitude with me. Not once did anyoneapologize for the situation. She acted as if I had inconvenienced her for finding a hair and asking for a refund.
