Drove all the way from Reidsville yesterday for a zaxby salad, I used to get them all the time when I lived in Greensboro.... However last night when I got home I opened my salad and there was almost no chicken, it looked like 1 single small piece ofchicken cut up. Chicken and fries were clearly stale. They were barely warm and chewy! I didn?t get both the sauces included with the meal and... my slice of Texas toast was not toasted and I got the butt of the loaf of bread. Read more

During my visit the sanitation grade was 94.5. I pay closer attention whenever the grade drops below 95. And, I seldom return... unless it improves to at least a 95 or I cannot spot any issues with cleanliness and food safety protocols. I posted a photo ofthe dirty tray my food was served on. The ketchup packs had an unknown leaked liquid between them, probably the contents of oneof more other packs. I observed a lot of food debris on the floor of an empty dining room (they weren't too busy to have takencare of this). I found ketchup splatter on more than one table sign advertising their new app. The only way to get drinks in thedining room is a single button on a single drink machine that appears to require actual skin touch. I like the food, but it seems like there's always something wrong with my order every time I go here: the sandwich bread isn't... toasted (or only one slice of bread is toasted), the food is cold, the soda is flat, they forget to give me a straw when I usethe drive-thru... and the last several times I've eaten here, the fries haven't been seasoned. Absolutely awful experience ordering here. Ended up paying almost $23 for one sandwich, a meal, and 2 cookies and a second... drink I didn't want. Ended up having to pay twice because of how the girl rang it up. I've never heard anything good about thenew garden store and the dead parking lot and drive through should have been a dead giveaway. If you want zaxbys, drive a littlefurther to a different one. Don't waste your time. Read more

The staff at this Zaxby?s are unprofessional and do not take your orders seriously. It seems like they like to fool around and... laugh too much instead of focusing on providing good customer service. I ordered for a number two instead they gave me a numberone. It is like they do not take their job seriously. I never get any utensils with my orders even when I order something thatrequires a utensil. A number two come with coleslaw they even forgot to give me that.They are unprofessional and offer poorcustomer service. Read more
