I won't recommend this place because the host Brianna has an attitude, I love WingStop in Texas but here is different. I... requested some of that brown paper roll and the host told me they didn't have any napkins. I would say if this is a restaurantand you don't have napkins or paper roll to offer to your customers you should be closed. The only good thing was a lady who Isuppose that works in the kitchen that which us a good one. But I'm not going back to this place, I will have to go further andlook for another one. Read more
If I could do a 0 star I absolutely would. We waited on are food for almost 2 hours starting at 9pm. There were two staff... members at the restaurant & slower speed is understandable to some extent. 1. It has to do with how you handle it 2. STOP TAKINGORDERS. Biggest issue is the young man that was in the kitchen was doing absolutely everything on his own & to his best ability.The women that was working late shift on 10/08/22 was doing absolutely nothing but complaining about orders in front ofcustomers , cussing & more complaining about her job & current work situation. She was rude , unprofessional & dosent deserve tobe employed at this location or any other. There?s a place and a time for everything. Fix your staff & your customer service.Horrible. -1 stars. Manager is very unprofessional. Would not refund my nearly raw wings. Tried to claim I didn?t order from them after having... receipt confirmation. Screwed up my delivery order. Very under cooked wings. Tried to call to rectify but nobody ever picks upthe phone. Never going back!! Manager needs to be replaced. Read more
