The store on Gate City Blvd forgot numerous items to my order, so I returned to the store for them to fix that error and two of... the employees started talking and laughing at my expense. I stood in the store for about 30-40 minutes and had to ask themanager where my items were and the employee accused me of lying. I don't know dude's name but he had long dusty dirty lookingred dreadlocks. First and foremost if you're going to work in food, you need to keep that nasty hair up in a net, second youdon't disrespect the customer to their face while you're on the clock, third it's disrespectful to yourself and your company touse profanity so loud while you're making food to the point customers, and more importantly children can hear, and fourthmanagement needs to hold their employees accountable for their actions and mistakes. Avoid this location altogether until theyclean house. I would love to contact corporate and report the employee but of course I can't cause he wasn't wearing a name tag. Read more
Ordered delivery, the fries were extremely salty, the dry boneless wings (plain and garlic parm) are nothing but salty rock hard... breading saturated with oil, there is barely a shred of meat in any of them. Gave 2 stars because the hot boneless wings weredecent. Super disappointed, won't order again. Read more

Food wasn?t delivered more than 5 minutes ago, this is trash! Night shift is trash! No one picks up the phone, called several... times no one answers. Taste or it?s been sitting under a lamp in grease all day. I ordered 3 chicken strips mild and they gaveme 1 chicken strip with 2 chicken nuggets covered in mild sauce. Now I have been here before, however, today was my best experience. I was actually given a real opinion of a new item other than... "IDK" as if I am getting on their nerves. Now, I apologize, I didn't get the name, however, my order was taken by a very politehuman being appearing to be masculine centered and of the race, we identify as, Caucasian/white. They gave me time to order andmade the order fresh and then the other coworker made sure it was bagged correctly with my sauce and ketchup in bag. Now thismay appear basic to many, however, in this day and age this isn't what you get a quick spot like this. I don't eat at Wingstop anymore because of this location. There's always a(n) hour wait, on top of the estimated time, no matter... if there's 8 people working at night. Clearly, more deep fryers need to be installed. The food is not worth the price. Chickenwings are rubbery and tiny; fries are greasy, overcooked, old, and sweet for some reason. At night, if they run out of teabefore closing, they will not make more. Today, the black employee with glasses was kind to everyone but rude to me; not surethe reason. Worst wings I've had in a long time.Dry. Do y'all put sugar on your fries because these for some reason were sweet. My dessert... was forgotten and the only option given me when I called was to get a refund from Door Dash or go to the restaurant that nightand get it. So I waste my money on delivery. I will never eat here again. If I could give no stars I would. October 8th I came here and ordered a 6 piece combo with fried... Cajun corn. As I?m waiting for my order a worker by the name of ?Cam? used her bare hands to touch my corn. Me and my friendswatched and so did another employee. I asked to speak to a manager to have my food remade. The manager told me ?that is thestandard for the fryer. Even if you go to a Wendy?s or another store they do the same thing? I know for a fact that is not thestandard especially not with Covid still persisting. Then when I asked for corporates number they instead gave me a surveysaying they don?t have the number to corporate. I would not recommend anyone eating here.
