Bad experience: I ask to add extra ketchup and pickles onto my sandwich. The forgot to add them., then I asked them to add then.... When I got the sandwich back they only added the ketchup and the bun was tore up. Then I told them they still forgot thepickles. The the lady making the sandwich looks out the window with an attitude. The finally gave me the sandwich back thebread was still soggy and ripped up. I don?t know what they did to my sandwich. It was a baby fly crawling away from in between my sandwich ????, once brought to the female manager attention by the cashier... she said with an attitude "what you want me to do about it " to the cashier. So the woman up front told the male manager and hisresponse was "damn I just got here, I should've stayed home" and remake his sandwich. The cashier that took my order said imnot sure if he want a remake, I asked for my money back and it was returned. The only person that was apologetic was thecashier. While waiting to receive my money I notice dead flies on the back counter and several flies crawling on the ceiling.Absolutely worst experience ever and will never eat at this location again. Very fast and efficient dine in. My partner ordered a single with soda, and the cashier kindly noted it was cheaper to get the... combo with fries. Very clean and organized. Multitude of choices with the computerized drink dispenser. Food was delicious,tasty and hot! Restrooms were tidy and clean. Very nice fast food! Good job Wendy's! Read more
It took the restaurant 42 minutes from the time I got my car in line at the entrance driveway to get my order out of the drive... in window. And then as we drove off we discovered that the burgers prepared all the way instead of with just the few toppingswe had ordered. It seems to be something with that whole chain. The burgers are good but they are not worth the trouble. Read more
Fries and sandwiche was hot and yummy. The wait time in the drive thru was awful. I waited 15 min before even getting to the... speaker to order. The waited for the car before me to pay and receive food before my order was even taken. Read more
They could not figure out how to make chage. My bill was $7.78 when I gave her $20.78 she had to get her manager who told me... they could not accept payments in that form. They gave me back the .78 along with $8 and a handful of change. If I would havewaited even longer in the drive through they said they were willing to correct it but by then my French fries were cold. Justdon't pay with cash and you might be okay. Read more
