I think it's great that this franchise hires people with intellectual disabilities for employees, especially since the owner's... disabled as well. I'm only saying it this way cause it's not nice to call people retarded anymore, but whoever handlespurchasing doesnt deserve to be employed; They're out of damn near everything. I went to this Wendy at 7:20pm 11/07/2022 and ordered (2) order of 10 pieces of (regular chicken nuggets) . Got to the window... they took my money and then a sweet lady came to the window and said they are out of the regular would I like the spicy ones? Isaid no because they were for my kids, right before she could finish the guy behind her said he already got it!. I came home andgave them to my 10 old and 5 year old daughter and son. They ate thier dinner, and all of the certain they start crying realloud. I asked what happened they said the nuggets is too spicy. Came to find out they don't have enough regular chicken nuggetsso they put 5 spicy on the bottom and 5 regular on top for both orders. If something were to happen to my kids I'm going to SUEWendy! Order on the app at 4:55. Didn't leave with my order until 5:40. They do not pay attention to inside orders. They just kept... working on drive thu. It was almost comical watching how lost they were.i had to beg for my drink twice along with others. Theywere also out of potatoes. I was told I have to call in to get a refund on it. Waitd 45 min. And now have to probably send 20_30min to get a refund on a potatoe.very bad experience. Sad thing is nobody cares. Read more

I came to try the Strawberry Frosty (it's worth it) and her upbeat attitude was awelcome change from most fast food drive-thrus. Also, the cute Frosty pens the employees had are a nice touch. So after a hard day's work, I stop at the drive-thru I order the spicy chicken sandwich. No drink just the sandwich and fries. ... I get home, open my sandwich it's only chicken and bread. Not a piece of lettuce, not a slice of tomato, not even a drop ofmayo. Dry as the desert. I try calling, let the phone ring till it stopped. By far the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. Every time you go there is a problem. Once the guy at the drive they was drunk.... Today you have to come in to order, which is fine, but they have cars sit at the drive they before announcing you have to comein. What sense does that make? Truly a location that needs an overhaul!
