Gotta say,this was by far the best Wendy's I've eaten at. The food was great, not thrown together like most. The staff was... friendly not to mention just hilarious. My order took literally 30 minutes to come. The French toast sticks were burnt, my egg and cheese was served on a day old hard... biscuit. Their grade was a low A. I will never visit this Wendy's again. Staff was busy chatting instead of working.Professionalism was zero, with cursing and swearing while I waited for food that should have taken 10 minutes as I was the onlypatron in the dining room and there was no line at the drive thru. Appximately around 3:30 pm, on Saturday August 27th, 2022, I went inside to order a Strawberry Frosty at the MLK location in... Greensboro NC. Before ordering, I noticed that the Employee that would be taking my order was constantly wiping her nose withhands and sleeves!???? As she was about to grab a cup for my order, I said to her "Will you be making my Frosty"? She said, Yes.I said to her could you please put on some gloves and she replied " I KNOW THE RULES and I WAS GOING TO WASH MY HANDS!! I cookat home and wash my hands!! I said, Are you the Manager?? She said, I CAN BE!!! That's when I knew that She couldn't be theManager, with a nasty altitude like that!! She then left her station to wash her hands. I asked another employee for the Managerand I told her exactly what happened and the Employee continued to go off about the situation and She told the Manager that Ishouldn't have been discussing what happened to another Customer. The Manager then asked her to stop talking. She was shockedand apologized for the Employee's actions and gave me a complimentary Frosty. Everyone isn't cut out for customer service andthat Employee who is a ticking time bomb and needed to be fired or given a reduced position and a Paycut!!I will never eat atthat location again!! On 10/13 approx. 10:05 am I ordered french toast sticks for the 1st and last time ever. (Mlk location)..Please see attachment... of what I received. I guess they thought I would drive thru and forget about it. I have since requested a refund. How can anyrestaturant serve a customer cripsy burnt food. The 1st Wendy's I stopped at was out of syrup. I came thru drive thru at about 615 pm. I ordered a spicy chicken combo. When i got my food, the fries were not salted. They had... no soft drink diet because of a syrup problem. So i parked in the parking lot and went in. I wanted fresh salted fries. So iwent back to the table i was sitting at and ate my sandwich. They gave me a drink cup and i got a drink out of the dining room.It was fine. Diet dr pepper. So after i ate my sandwich, i went back to the counter and they never did give me my fries. Theycontinued giving out food thru the drive thru. So i asked for a refund. And the manager would not refund me my money. Poorlyran store. Manager dont know how to run her store. Read more
