Came in for a take out order to take to a family member in a nursing home. Specifically asked for a bacon sandwich with tomato.... Took to nursing home, opened it up, and it was a toasted bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Not a bacon and tomato at all. Theycouldn't eat it, so it got thrown away. Waste of my time and money. No crowd and still couldn't get a simple sandwich orderright. I will NOT go back here. Highly disappointed. Read more

The sweet tea was stewed and way too sweet. The toilet stank of sewerage from the pipes.
Have tried to eat there at least 6 times in last few months. Usually on Fri nights about 730. ALWAYS CLOSED! if i could rate a... zero I would. Nothing against the employees they need more of them i suppose. We will still eat at Waffle house, just will notreturn to that one Read more

Waitress dropped stuff and still gave it to us. Everything was filthy. Gunk on our 1 water glass. Waitress didn't give me... water, only my fiancee. Super rude. About 20 employees bumbling around, nothing cooking on the grill, not one person looks up and acknowledge customers standing and... waiting at the register. The waffle was hard as a fn brick, and the toast was burnt. This location and customer service istrash. I wasn't surprised with the burnt food since it was already shady vibes from the start with the questionable help theyhire here. Read more
Just went the other night and instantly greeted by the smell of waffles and friendly people. Maika was our server and she was... very friendly and made great conversation. The manager and a cook at that time was Diamond and she cooked our food exactly theway we wanted it, which not a lot of places get right since we are a bit particular. The only down side is that they are anhour away from us and we don't have a waffle house near us. Definitely when we have to be in Greensboro, we will stop hereagain. Read more
