I was coming to eat a nice breakfast with friends. I ordered a fruit punch with light ice and to my dismay there was a tiny... spider in my drink. I addressed the manager on duty. ( TERRANCE ) He had a nasty dismissive attitude and told me he ?guessed?he could take the drink off. Very rude of him especially to try and manage an establishment with such a dismissive attitude. Had one of the rudest waitresses ever. Food was good but whoever was the waitress today was super rude forgot most of our items... and acted it like it was our fault. Never offered to refill drinks and acted like it was so hard to split a bill. All theworkers were fighting with each other as well. Read more
I came here on 9/26/20 with a friend. It was around 10:30pm. For some reason, from 9pm-6am on Fridays and Saturday, this... location is take out only.... There was a sign on the window, but I didn't see it until I was already inside. This defeats thewhole purpose of Waffle House. It's known to be a 24hr restaurant. That was upsetting. Staff really weren't wearing masks or notwearing them properly. For it to be take out only, there were about 4-5 waiters present which was rather odd... Service wasfine. We got our food fairly quickly. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. They also have armed security outside as well. I've beento this location pre-covid and security was definitely needed, especially at night. Read more
