I had the pleasure of dining here this past Friday night, and it was an amazing experience! Our server, Brandon, went out of his... way to take care of us, recommending dishes, keeping our glasses filled, and checking in on how we felt about our food.Everything was fresh and delicious, and we will definitely be back! So last night my wife and I decided to go on a world tour via cuisine. We decided to travel to Ethiopia to experience their... culture via Taste of Ethiopia. Upon entry, the word that came to mind was 'Simplicity'. The atmosphere is very calming andrelaxing. There is minimal things in the restaurant to distract you from the authentic experience of the Ethiopian culture. Themenu gives a little history about coffee and that was amazing to me seeing as how I love coffee..lol. This was my first timetasting their spices however definitely not my first time eating with my hands. Being from the south, this is something we wereaccustomed to doing with greens and cornbread..lol. Never the less this is definitely an experience worth exploring for theadventurous at heart.
