Card processing is always "down". Always out of common menu items and the staff is incompetent.

It takes them a while to get your order straight. But it?s clean and the staff are very polite.
I'm an Uber Eats driver. I have usually had a good experience at this restaurant however, tonight I went to pick up order around... 12am I was informed that they had to close because they were short staffed and we're out of some necessary food items. While Iunderstand the recent staffing shortages I don't understand why the order was accepted. This was my 3rd order in a row thatcouldn't be picked up due to the restaurant being closed. I don't get why this keeps happening I have talked with Uber supportcountless times as well as the restaurants to no avail. I always call the customer myself because they are waiting to eat and Idon't want them to just get a notification that their order was cancelled with no explanation. As consumers my advice for latenight orders is to try to make sure these places are open first by googling them yourself. You might even try to call since somesay they are open but close early for various reasons. I hope this helps. Read more
I usually really like taco bell, and the food was good but the staff was really stuggling. Food took a long time and they left... out a taco that i went back for. The drive through was the only thing open. Read more
My daughter and I went to the taco bill off Gate city Blvd NC They didn't have any of the freeze drinks that they offer.or the... soda baha blast. Meanwhile after paying for what we ordered we were pulled to wait for our food while they waited on thecustomer behind us. After about 5 minutes a young lady came out the store to ask us what was it we had ordered. There were onlytwo ???? in drive thur and the time ours and one behind us. The car behind us received their food and was ready to go,but my carwas in the way and we hadn't received our food . I don't know who's running that taco bell but they need to do better . Read more
not only was the service absolutely atrocious, but the food already had to be remade once because it was incorrect. i ordered a... number 6 meal with just beef lettuce and cheese on all 3? even says so ON THE RECEIPT. however what i received was this hardtaco, that has barely any beef or cheese on it, and no lettuce. i also ordered a doritos loco taco, just beef lettuce andcheese, and it looked just like the one you see in the picture. this is pathetic. i waited in line for over 39 minutes for myfood to me messed up and have to be remade again, just to get back home after being reassured it was correct to find that onceagain it was all wrong. Told me they were only accepting exact change and they could not make change. Tried to pay with card and they would.not accept... my card either. The girl really thought I was going to give her a 20 dollar bill and be ok not getting any type of change back.I asked if they had small bills and she said no. They had no money whatsoever to make change. I find that really hard tobelieve. Nice try though. I will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow to let them know what is going on at this location.
