So as of November the 6th of 2022, this is my 3rd time coming to this location in an attempt to get one of their breakfast boxes... and couldnt get help from a single body working there at the drive thru. Breakfast time starts at 9am and lasts until 11am sowhy am I still having issues getting service, this location is the most ghetto, unprofessional and trashy spot on High point RDin general. Crunchy tacos were soggy. Live less than 5 minutes away. 3 strands of lettuce and no cheese. Crunch wrap was ok and taste was... "taco bell" not asked if wanted hot sauce. Read more

I am a delivery driver and I often pick up orders at this location. Generally they give good customer service and they are... prompt with their orders. Tonight was an exceptionally good night so I wanted to share this a young lady by the name of Jamillawaited on me. She was so friendly and kind and made sure that I had everything. I just wanted to let her know that it was notgone unnoticed, and it was very appreciated. Just small acts of kindness can really change a person's day or direct their day ina better direction, so I hope she never changes this. Thank you for your kindness and your great customer care. Managers need to learn not to yell at their employees in front of a full dining room. Not only is yelling at your employees... extremely unprofessional, That is embarrassing for everyone. Then fast food places wonder why they can?t keep help; Badmanagers. The floor was sticky, no one was acknowledging customers, and was overall a mess. Read more

I am a Taco Bell regular at quite a few locations because I like Taco Bell and I have a lot of errands to run. This wasn't the... worst, but it certainly wasn't the best location. Starting with the ordering process, I had to repeat my order 3 times. Thevehicle I drive is very quiet and I don't use the radio hardly at all. In addition to that, while I'm not exactly a loud talker,I do speak at a reasonable level and with a respectful manner. I'm not sure if it was faulty equipment or not, but by the 3rdtime of repeating my order I wound up having to hang my head out of my car window and speak a little louder then I am normallycomfortable with. As for the food...it wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered a crunch wrap meal, which is what I received, butit was either several hours old (meaning cooked a while ago then warmed up), or it sat in the press too long, which resulted inthe top half of the crunch wrap's tortilla being about as crisp as a tortilla chip. The same thing happened to the soft tacowhich came with my wife's meal. The customer service was about average. Read more

Don't even bother if you want a vegetarian option. A fiesta veggie burrito, which has the little green V mark on the menu, is... not supposed to come with beef. It's not in the recipe, and is either negligent or purposeful. This has also happened with itemswhere you say no beef, add/sub whatever beans. This is a repeated issue with this specific location, more so than other ones. Ifyou can, Battleground is our favorite location, and we almost never have problems there Read more
