I love Taco Bell but this location needs to get it together. There has been a few times my husband and I have went to Taco Bell... in the morning and for some reason they are not open as the hours are stated, which they open at 9. One time we went 15 minsafter 9, NOT one car was in the parking lot. They were not open. Another time I went after 9 in the morning and they said theyare not quite ready yet to open. The staff were not overly enthusiastic but they were not mad, and very pleasant for the mood I was in. The food was great as I... ordered the cheesy beans and rice burrito as always accompanied with fire sauce. Prices are great here compared to any otherrestaurant. I rarely feel the need to leave a bad review especially with fast food locations. I understand understaffing and other setbacks... especially during this time of COVID. BUT, but...there are certain aspects of business that should be standard such as operatinghours. Hours posted say the establishment opens at 9AM. I showed up at 9:05AM hoping to order some delicious breakfast. InsteadI ended up sitting at the drive thru speaker phone for a few minutes. Once I became concerned and impatient, I pulled up to thewindow only to be told by a worker that they aren't open. When I asked why and that the posted time says they open at 9AM, theworker was rude and didn't answer my question but simple repeated themselves. So I took my money to Chick-fil-a. Read more
This is the worst managed Taco Bell I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Incompetence from the top all the way down,... horrible attitudes, and non existent customer service. It would fine if the quality was unimpeachable, like sure don?t smile orbe nice if you?re doing your job consistently well.
