Pulled up for breakfast. Menu hadn't been flipped so I asked if they were doing breakfast. I was answered with a "uh, yea" I... mentioned the menu and ordered 2 potato breakfast burritos. The lady seemed upset and asked "which one? the gande?" I said tgecheaper smaller one. Then a second lady popped on and told her what I was asking for. Just left the drive-thru. I guess they aren't organized today. I did not receive a receipt and my food wasn't sealed or put in a... bag. Normally a bag is given when I order my cravings box. Very disappointed with my visit today. Read more

Update - After I had written this review, I had returned as I often do. The last few times I've been in there, have been really... bad. When there is an open kitchen full of employees and no one inside and a minimal line outside I would expect someone wouldalert a cashier that there is a customer at the front. But no, they're too busy experimenting with the food, laughing and havinga good time. I took pictures so that I could have a timestamp each 5 minutes that there was no one at the register and the drivethrough girl standing back there ignoring anyone at the front. 20 minutes... just to ORDER 2 soft tacos and a couple of drinks.I had made a complaint to a young lady in there about the time and my last order being incorrect, she was amused. Laughed in myface really. So I cancelled my 30 dollar order for my family and left. She thought that was funny too. The manager was in thereand close, was aware of what was going on and ignored it. I'll give them another opportunity to get it right, but if theycontinue in this vane I will definitely take my business elsewhere, it's only convenience and I can travel the distance to afull service place, sit down and relax and enjoy a nice ethnic meal for literally the same price. I don't know what's happeningthese days but these people had better get some decent people in there, the holidays are coming and you're going to have toanswer to your corporate people as to why you went from being voted one of the best stores, to treating customers negatively andlosing an awful lot of money in the process. This is another Taco Bell that aims to please. The staff is great, I think theymay have a new manager. I noticed now that for the most part they have let go of their combo meals and gone ala carte. All inall, the price is about the same and you can mix and match as you please. We waited over 25 minutes for a dollar value menus item and a combo meal with no special requests. When we questioned where our... food was, the counter staff told us the kitchen staff had lost it. Took another 7 minutes to put our order together. Nobodyseemed concerned that we were dissatisfied, just got a cheery, "sorry for the wait!" It was surreal. The food was okay once wegot it, but it is definitely not worth a 25 minute wait. Read more

I will never be back to this location. The woman that took my order at the drive through had HORRIBLE customer service. She was... smart mouthed and heard my order incorrectly and rang me up for two additional meals and proceeded to try and argue with me androll her eyes and sigh heavily. I couldn't imagine treating one of my customers like that. I hope you guys get a better staff.She didn't have on a nametag otherwise I'd post right here. Read more

During the week you get great service. I go once a week. Don?t go on Sundays though. Entire staff slow, smart mouthed, and... disrespectful. Management definitely needs to send someone in undercover. Worst experience at a Taco Bell I have ever had. Iwaited 15 minutes and girl at the counter had the nerve to smart mouth. Probably the best job she will ever have.Disrespectful!!! Read more

Food was good and fresh. Cashier at drive through wasn?t very friendly. Asked how I was on the speaker, said I was fine and how... are you? No reply. Finished ordering and all he said was the price. Pulled up to window, only thing he said was the price. Isaid thank you when he handed me my food and he said nothing. Deshawn seriously needs to learn some customer service skills. Read more

Usually pretty good, but I never had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru. Employee didn't acknowledge me, listen to my order,... seemed distance and distracted having repeated myself a couple of times and asking did you hear me. I grew frastrated and droveaway without my order, first time I ever did that. Read more
