This place is the best sushi I honestly have ever had. I never leave reviews but as you can see from the photos I literally come... here every week. Just okay. We got 3 different rolls, I thought that they were a bit small. Everything was lacking flavor and spices, but all the... ingredients seemed to be very fresh. I would have shared it with the staff if anyone bothered to ask. On Tuesday night thewaitresses were way too busy. People on the patio were getting their own water refills. There is nothing better than good food and company. Greensboro has great restaurants to offer. Among them, Sushi Republic is a... top tier choice. We had delicious and fresh fish from the Chef's platter. Additionally, the restaurant is allergy conscious-promptly notifying the chef about a party's food allergies. With drinks, tonight we had green tea and hot flavored sake. I hadLychee flavored sake while my sister had the White Peach. Both flavors were very sweet. Upon the suggestion of our friend, wemixed the sake with green tea- creating a more mild flavor palette. If you enjoy sweet wine, then the flavored sake shouldn't bea problem on your taste buds. Otherwise, finding the right blend between green tea and sake would be a great solution. Overall,the experience was pleasant- from food to service. A highly recommended location. Read more
