For the last 2 weeks Ive been going to this subway due to visiting family in the area . This place is a hit or miss location. I... highly recommend going during the day the staff is very friendly and fast. In particular their is an African American Gentlemanthat is super sweet and he goes above and beyond to fix any issues you may have. Unfortunately i would not recommend going hereat night , the staffs customer service is very poor. Also I have noticed at night they continuously close early at around 7:30or 8 , when their hours say until 9pm. Disgusting and unsanitary. Tried to get drinks from the self serve soda machine. And something dropped out of the soda... dispenser that looked like diseased mold and bacteria. I tried different drinks from the seven up and orange sodamachine. After I informed the cashier. He rudely told me that he just cleaned it and that it wasn't his problem. Mostdisgusting experience. I would never visit this location again. Who knows how sick this could have made a person! Healthdepartment definitely needs to be notified of this unhealthy environment. Read more
Would just like to say the young guy working today was extremely pleasant, friendly with everyone. Made sure he spoke to... everyone as they came into the store. He was working by himself with a steady line and making sure everyone?s sandwich wascompleted to their requests. I?ve been here a couple times when he?s working and it has always been great. The one guy that was working totally substituted good Customer service with speed. He rushed through the entire order which... caused the food to be messy. Yes, my time is important but kindness & good customer service is equally important. Customerservice training could help him a lot.
