Rude staff. Always messing up the orders we get there. If our kids didn?t love it so much, I would stop coming here completely... mainly because of the staff. They don?t care that they mess up the orders causing people to go out of their way to either comeback for the food or just lose out on money. Read more

On 8/23 I took my family to subway at 9 pm. My little (14 y/o) ordered his meal through drive thru the girl at the window yelled... at him and asked why he didn?t finish his order at the speaker when they told him to pull around because the speaker was messedup. She then repeated kept yelling at him say ?so what you want?? I ordered his food & we wanted 15 mins for his food to beWRONG no bacon that we paid for. So we had to physically get out the car bang on the drive thru window because they wereignoring us both employees looked at me and put headphones in their ear & locked the doors. Finally got one of their attentionand told them the order was wrong he snatches the food out my hand and takes another 15 mins to make the food. After that theunprofessional girl came to the window gave me the sandwich and slammed the drive thru window as I was asking for arefund. Worst place ever please fire staff and get new employees. They need a training on customer service & workingefficiently. FYI WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN LINE Read more

Giving a one star is being very generous. Customer service is a zero? attitudes are horrible. Went on 8/22 at appox. 9pm.... Whatever employees that were working at that time need to be FIRED. They truly don?t deserve to work around anyone?s food orwork with customers. As simple as my sandwich was how they possibly get it wrong? Then had to wait about 20 mins to put bacon onthe sandwich. Maybe if they were not wearing Earbuds they would of heard the order correctly.???? If it is such an inconvenienceto serve customers Subway release them and let them find employment elsewhere. Subway , you will continue to lose money at thislocation keeping them 2 employed? I?m a fellow GM in the food industry and this is unacceptable on all levels. Read more

Bacon caught on fire in the stove and they still served it to me. Not very friendly or even greet the customers when entering.... Looks like the staff dreads being there. Read more

I placed an online order and both sandwiches where made incorrectly. Whomever prepared the sandwiches swopped the toppings for... each sandwich. I called the restaurant back to inform them of the error. The person who answered the phone states " well Ididn't make the sandwiches". I at no point in time accused you of making anything I clearly stated to you they where madeincorrectly. What she should have did was apologize and offer a replacement. The employee then stated well bring them back I'llreplace them. I live 25 mins away I have a 5 month old its a huge inconvenience for me to come back to fix an error you allmade. The order was clear and you made the mistake and you want to inconvenience the client absolutely not! I work for a majorfinancial firm dealing with the public daily and this is never how you handle a situation period. Read more

Just left this Subway about 6:00 August 7th two gentlemen working very nice very sweet very helpful however there was a lady... working or shall I say on her phone not doing anything besides being extremely rude to the two gentlemen that we're workingthere and very loud on her phone using provocative language I was with my child and did not appreciate it Read more

The young woman whom I assume is a manager has an awful disposition. Whether I came in or saw her in drive thru, she?s just very... unpleasant and I won?t be going back until corporate teach her real customer service skills or let her go. Either works for me.When you?re at ?work? no matter what that job may be, you need to be warm and inviting. I don?t expect anyone to toleratedisrespect from customer?s either. Read more

Went in to get a sub for my grandma my girlfriend and I first thing one of the workers said was ?watchu want? so I started to... try and simplify things for her and she interrupts me tells me that?s now how subways works because I was ordering 3 subs. I letthat slide then went on with my order literally leaned on the glass to see the meats and this worker said ?you trying to breakmy shit? literally curses at me and walks off. Never in my life have I ever been talked to or treated this way and I will notever go to subway on hicone road ever again and this lady needs to be fired she curses on the job and treats customers poorlywith so much disrespect.
