New remodel is nice. Still taste like generic subway lol. Staff at this location could be friendlier.
An adult employee provided EXCELLENT customer service while the teenage employee entertained her friends around 7:35 PM. When... two additional customers entered the restaurant, the teenager employee chose to stand outside the store only to walk furtherdown the walkway when the adult employee requested her assistance. The teenager's friend returned with a smirk to announce theteenager's ride pulled up, but I saw the teenager hanging outside still when walking to my car. Both the owners and managershould be ashamed for hiring an employee with poor work ethics. Read more
Food was delicious. Known some of the workers there through my entire life going through multiple jobs. David I think I'm... saying his name right. Asian guy I think. Been there for years and has made my order perfect each time. He also has thatcustomer service potential that makes my interactions with him very pleasant. I have also briefly to the manager their beforeshe seemed very focused on making the subway a great spot for customers looking to get a meal without any negative vibe aboutthe workplace. Read more

First off, the employees need to learn better customer service skills, they are so RUDE! Went in to get my family subs today!... Was told once we got to the condiments that they were out of Mayo and only had packets! I proceeded to tell the lady that I wantMayo on 3 subs, she then looked as if she didn?t want to add Mayo using the packets! The nerve, so I told her don?t worry aboutit and still took the subs without mayo! There should be a sign stating they are out of things when out! I will not bereturning! Read more
I didn?t like the tone the woman had with me or my parents. Y?all know that kinda aggressive tone someone uses when they?re... getting annoyed with another person. I understand how stressful it is to be working with the current pandemic going on but youshould use a respectful tone with the customers. We weren?t rude at all and my parents aren?t fluent in English so of coursethey were having a hard time ordering. The fact that my parents didn?t even complain made me even more upset. I LOVE this Subway. By far the best customer service of any location that I've been to! They work well together and seem to have... a good time at work. The girl that's helped me the last few times is only in high school and is so great. I work in managementand she is what every manager wants in an employee. I usually don't complain but today did it for me. I got me a meat ball marinera and it had a bone in it that broke off my tooth.... I called and I was extremely polite the older African American 64 year old lady picked up and was very rude. I explained mysituation and she argued with me telling she only sold one other meatball to a man which I'm guessing she was thinking it was myfiance only but I was next to him. Well she kept insisting that it wasn't possible and argued with and I told her she needed tocalm down then she said for me to come down there cause she's been to jail before and she'll go back. Then she proceeded to saythat she was 64 years old so I told her I was happy she was healthy ohh she also said that I probably already had a broken toothso I laughed cause that's funny and she was like what's so funny and I was what you just said.
