This particular Starbucks is inside a Harris Teeter. It is always quiet, and the staff is friendly. Right now, you can only get... a grande size drink, so the menu is quite limited. Read more
Good staff, small location. Good for shopping, not a grab and go.
Their mobile order pickup system needs some work. I had ordered on the app and still had to wait 5 min while they were busy... until someone was available to give me my drink from behind the counter even though it was already ready. And even with thatwait, they hadn't put a plug in the lid of my hot coffee order to keep it warm. Read more
One of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had. Granted the barista had 3 complicated orders in front of me. After... waiting 30 minutes I said I had to go. It?s a black cup of coffee and he couldn?t make the drinks he was trying to make. To Topit off he gets a tude when I ask for my money back. Terrible. Read more
