I order every morning through the mobile app ahead of time and basically almost every time without fail my iced coffee is always... ready and correct every time. Very rarely they forget the cold foam and you can just let the barista know and they'll gladly fixit for you. The baristas here are always so friendly and nice. I love going here each morning ?? The nastiest coffee I?ve ever had. I asked for a medium sweet coffee! I make coffee at home it don?t take 13 sugars to make it... sweet. I don?t know if it was the coffee but my cup was so disgusting and they didn?t really care to fix my coffee! Starbucks istoo expensive to be getting nasty coffee! The staff is always so nice when I visit. I got breakfast and the bag they gave me had a hole in it. I'm sure they didn't notice... because I didn't either. When picked the bag up my food fell out and hit the ground they replaced it for free and apologized.It's the little things. Read more

It's a Starbucks. The coffee tastes like every Starbucks ever. This specific store has no drive thru, and the parking lot is... always packed and honestly a little bit dangerous. The worst drivers in Greensboro use this specific parking lot. Make sure youenjoy your coffee inside too. Inside is spotlessly clean, but the outside tables are...not entirely hygienic. Read more
