I was having car issues, therefore, I pulled into this Starbucks parking lot. After letting the rain die down I entered and was... immediately greeted by a young woman. I ordered and was digging in my purse to find my wallet but It wasn't there. I told thewoman and young man I would go search my car and return. These 2 were beyond sweet and empathetic to my situation. Theyoffered the drink to me but I refused bc I truly wanted to make sure.I could pay for it. I went and searched with no luck. Backinside these 2 were adamant I take my drink and even offered me food in which I declined. I am not big on reviews but I had toshare my experience Starbucks hired 2 of the most amazing people. The service and the genuine compassion from these 2individuals motivated me to write this review. This happened around 6 something. The staff was a mixed bag of results in the way of customer relations and the children whom were trick or treating for the... Halloween festivities. I was greeted kindly by an older gentleman at the counter near the entrance at which point he informed methat I was at the wrong spot to place an order. Lol. But I was not very embarrassed by that happening but I was a little lost asto how anyone would know that with there being no signage or visible clues as to where along the giant open counter to place anorder. But I enjoyed my interaction with the initial gentleman so that was a plus. All other customers called h by name andgreeted him as they entered with one in particular informing him that they had acquired tickets for to to some event that Imissed the name of. It is my assumption he must be a long tenured employee as well as a very outgoing easy to be kind withregardless of different walks of life. It was the other ladies that seemed unhappy and borderline annoyed with having to serveso many so early in the morning. Chai latte was tasty and spot on .
