As a student nearby I frequent this location and have never had a problem until today. Horrible experience I must say. Placed a... mobile order for pickup and when I arrived I was told that they hadn?t received my order and could not give me a refund, evenafter showing my receipt with my order and ticket number, the date, and location. The woman, Alicia, at the front was rude andwas unwilling to help at all. I left empty handed and was forced to call customer service where I did receive some actual help,as well as a refund. Every employee was really nice but boy, the place needs a twice over...I had to fix the toilet to get it to flush (you need a... key to get in) and everything needs a power wash and a few repairs. The drink machine was shut down. I'm from out of town so I'mnot sure if it's a "bad" area but not maintaining the facilities will drive good people away. I actually liked that I could dinein, eat on the patio, drive in stalls or drive up. You've got a good place near the colliseum, so take care of it and take careof your employees, the were the best part of my visit. Read more
Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster combo with tots and a peach Sprite. The person who took my order was friendly and... accurate. The tots were perfectly crisp. The only issue came when I opened up my burger. It had a tiny little chip of baconinside the weakest little baby onion ring. It looked deliberately bad. Told them the issue and they fixed it. The second burgerwas excellent. The bacon was honestly the best I've ever had (crispy and not burnt) and the onion ring was just barely smallerthan the meat patty. Thanks for making things right! Today was the 3rd time I've had a bad experience at this location! I had to repeat myself several times before it was gotten... right and it was only 2 of the same meals the only difference being drink size and sauce type. Then I was told my order was$12.21.64!!!! I can't make this up. At the window of course I was greeted with a smile, a hello or anything just handed drinksand correct total given. When i was handed the food opened the box to dark dry looking tenders and lukewarm tater tots. Theyoung lady looked at me like I was foreign when I questioned why I was given old food. I pulled up to the #1 to await freshfood. About 5 min later a man exits the building walks over and hands me food. No hello. No sorry for the wait, nothing justwalked away! I pull off, open both boxes at the light, same dry dark tenders but now steaming hot ???? so microwaved or refriedmaybe... and same old tots! I broke some before giving the box back so I'm 100% certain they were the same tots. I bit one ofthe tenders, hot, dry and chewy like chicken flavored plastic!
