The fries were barely warm and the bun was cold. Not cool, refrigerator cold. Owner/manager delivered food and was very nice.... Probably has trouble getting good employees like everywhere else. Read more

My Cherry limeade tasted and and looked like pink sprite. Could not taste Cherry at all. I asked one of the employees was it... supposed to look like this because it doesn?t taste right. She replied it looks right but she?ll get me another one. The secondone was the same so I told the Manager(?) who was walking inside from running out food that I?ll just take a coke instead andshe literally just looked at me as if she was acknowledging me but didn?t say a word and proceeded inside. While waiting, wenoticed we were missing something else so my husband went inside to let them know. He came back out with our things and said theManager (?) said to her employees, ?Get them their stuff so they can get out of my drive thru, ain?t nothing wrong with thatcherry limeade!? Close this place down or get better employees who know that fast food is a customer facing business thatrequires the service of customers. Read more

There is a young pregnant lady that works mornings who is beyond delightful. Often times I find fast food workers lack any and... all customer service skills. This lady should be a role model for any one in the food industry! This Sonic isn't the closest tomy house but she's made it my go-to for breakfast. She is always perky and personal and it's beyond appreciated. Read more

I was curious about for their "the Big Dill Burger". Apparently, I miss the opportunity to get one because the burger would be... limited. So, the manager (I assume she was the manager) recommended me trying "the grill cheese double burger " she explained tome what a grilled cheese double burger is all about. Trying the grill cheese double burger was my first time having it. Itsounds good and it definitely taste good. P.S. The manage was so care and friendly towards me. Her customer service wasexcellent. Also, here is the receipt just in case the owner/operator Paul Walls wanted to reward the manager for her friendlycustomer service to me. Read more

While the service was kind and friendly we waited almost 15 minutes for our drive through order. We were the third of three... people waiting. Not a place to go if you are in a rush. Read more

This was the worst experience at a Sonic (or any other fast food place) that I?ve ever had. There was 8 or 9 people standing... around and it took 20 minutes to get our order. When our order arrived, we were missing half the order and the other half waswrong. We mistakenly went back in for 5 milkshakes and the staff were the most rude and incompetent people. We waited 12 moreminutes for the shakes because everyone was standing around and not doing anything. And when they finally did bring them out,they were WRONG again!!! I will NEVER dine here again. I have never have given a 1 star review to anywhere before This location has got to be the worst sonic is the country. Every... time we give them another chance they let us down. 25 plus min in the drive through for fast food. Whi ever owns is franchisereally needs to know about this and help them get on track. I don't understand why nothing is being done about the issues here. Maybe someone will see this and help this location get in line with others in the area. Read more

Had to use the drive thru because they locked all the doors. Made a simple order of a blast and a drink. The drink was correct... but the blast was just ice cream in 3/4 of the cup with oreo on top. They never even stired it. The employees inside werecursing each other loud enough my son could hear them in the back seat. I called the manager on duty who did not want to give meher name. She said what did I expect the employees are new and don't know what they are doing. I will never go here again! Read more
