My experience was just off the top amazing. The amazing lady zawadi helped me pick out a drink and it was amazing, as the black... folks say she stuck her foot in it. I am a regular customer here at this smoothie king. I?ve always had great experiences with this place. Until this previous month... i?ve been going and my drinks have been very off and sour. Don?t want to lay any fingers but I believe these are new workers andthey need better training. Read more
If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. The owner Jennifer is the rudest, selfish and most disrespectful person I... have encountered who has run a business. This lady yells, screams, demeans and creates a hostile work environment againstemployees. She literally yelled, screamed and berated my daughter who worked there (18 years old) and made her cry and veryupset. DO NOT support this business. She does not respect younger folks and feels she has the right to yell, scream and demeanyou because she employs you. I want to impress upon UNC- Greensboro , all students, faculty , staff and others in thesurrounding area to support another business that is respectable and a good steward in the community that deserves your money. This lady knows she is absolutely wrong and knows she deserves to give my daughter an apology and refuses to. Lastly she israising a young man who I have had the displeasure to speak to, to also follow in her footsteps of being very rude,condescending and elitist. There are not 2 or 3 sides to this story. There is never a right situation to yell and scream at achild who you employ. NEVER. DO NOT BE FOOLED, if the owner attempts to cover up, conflate or in any way make herself seem likea victim. I have personally witness how a female worker/employee interact with certain customers. I'm not sure of the employee name but... she kinda chubby, brown hair. Let's just say she treats brown people differently. She even said to one customer that hemade her uncomfortable because he was in there with a young girl ( who just happened to be his kid).. but she didn't know thator asked.
