I found Shrimply Delicious on Google maps, and would find it Shrimply Irresistible! Figured I\'d satisfy my seafood craving by... stopping in, just for the halibut! (Okay, no more nautical puns)\nI was actually craving a decent shrimp po\' boy, and waspleasantly surprised by this find. Shrimply Delicious looks to be a small local restaurant; tastefully designed and innocuous;with a very friendly and helpful staff, and fresh, delicious food.\nI ordered the Shrimp & Crab PoBoy Combo w/ slaw, and a sweettea (bottled drinks are in the dining area\'s cooler). Since I\'d asked permission to take pics for this review, I was asked ifI\'d like to photograph my sandwich before they \'closed up\', which I appriciated (and took advantage of), and I was pleasedwith the personal attention I received during my experience.\nAs for the food; my PoBoy was perfectly prepared, with a perfectbalance of shrimp, crab, veggies (lettuce and tomato) and a subtly spicy sauce. I ordered shrimp & catfish with fries and lemonade to drink. The fries were good but they were very salty, almost unbearable to... eat. The shrimp was salty room. Next time I will ask for no salt it was way too much. The catfish had nice subtle flavor. Ididn\'t like how I barely had any shrimp. I had to look for them in my takeout dish. Read more

Wow! All other seafood joints need to take notice. Overall, you just can?t beat the friendliness of the staff, hot and fast food... and cooked seafood delight. I tried the shrimp & whiting, oysters, fried okra and Mac & cheese.\n\nShrimp perfectly cooked andtender! The whiting was splendid and my regular size basket came with 4 pieces. The oysters were great, probably the second bestI?ve had in GSO (fast food seafood joints). Honestly, the place out near the Cardinal serves larger oysters but SDS overall ismy new favorite.\n\nSeasoning is light on the proteins but NOT over fried! Absolutely Stunned!!!! 1st time eating from this place. OHHHHMYGOODNESSSSS! 1st the cashier was very pleasant. I was in the door... at 11 food was ready by 11:15. The large shrimp and catfish JESUS in the morning - seasoned perfectly and is enough for 2people. OKRA plenty and excellent. Oysters were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The slaw was good! I have eaten from here twice so far and both experiences were great. I?ve had the fried oysters combo as well as the shrimp and... catfish Po? Boy. The portions were awesome and everything tasted delicious. You definitely get your money?s worth. Customerservice is awesome also. I?m for certain a regular customer now!
