The hour wait we ?reserved? was FANTASTIC. Also the roaches are quite a nice decoration to the walls. Very polite roaches wish I... could say the same about the management. We brought this all to the attention of the waitress and was declined a discount atthis lovely establishment by the owner. Our waitress did assure that she has been made aware of these issues in the past andjust doesn?t do anything about it. Only about five people ended up with stomach issues the next day so I?d like to thank y?allfor the boost to my immune system after I consumed God knows what. Read more

I've always liked Sapporo. This time the food just wasn't the same. The chicken gave rubbery vibes. The soup was great as always... tho! I'll go back for that. If I desire chicken and rice in the future it will be a no for me from here. My friend thought thesame about her food as well afterwards. Something went wrong somewhere! Read more

Our server was super nice and she made sure to take care of us before we could even ask her to! We had a great time and the cook... made sure to interact with my nephew many times he even spoke to him in Spanish (since he's learning it in school) we had areally nice amount of food and our server was my favorite! Me and my husband went here to eat because everywhere else like this was an hour wait around us which probably should have said... something. I will say the waitress was amazing. She had great energy and was super sweet to everyone. The food was low qualityfor the price we paid. The shrimp smelled off and the texture was off. The chicken tasted okay but was almost too soft. The cornand the rice had some hard bits and tasted frozen. The atmosphere seemed off, almost unhappy. The chef had no energy, like hewas just burnt out. Our chef also did not remember a woman asked for no mushrooms and gave them to her anyway. The other chefnext to us did a show and was super talkative and considerate. Overall, I probably won?t be coming back. Read more

Starting by saying I love the food at this restaurant and have been many times. But, Roaches!!!!!! On my last visit, June 25th... it was not a very busy day we were seated almost immediately. I was helping our two year old with shoe issues and was the lastone to the table. As, I began to sit down, I looked at my plate and saw roaches scatter from underneath and run off thetable. Utterly nasty!! At that moment, I told my wife and kids we had to go and we were not going to eat here. I informed themanagement of the situation. Management informed me that they were aware of the bug problem and have tried to correct it buthave had no luck with getting rid of them. They continued to inform me that they will have to find a new extermination companybecause the one they?re using is not working. I gave them two stars because the food has always been great. But there is noexcuse for uncleanliness and especially if you know you have a problem you should work your best to fix it. Not trying to hurtthis restaurant?s business but just wanted everyone to be aware of what is currently going on. Read more

Great food. Chef was fair. Not to talkative like I've seen at other Japanese restaurants. The other thing is they made us wait... until our whole party were there before we were seated and the whole room was reserved for our party yet half way through theybrought in another party of 8 and sat at the extra grill table without consulting with our host. Great food, great service, good show. We sat hibachi and our chef was excellent and funny. Food was delicious and portions big... enough to take home leftovers. 2 entrees and an appetizer (plus included appetizers) for under $50. Very well priced! Read more
