Prices are increasing everywhere, but I was a little surprised at the cost of lunch for 2 people - over $30!
This Salsarita's lies about their hours-- on google it says they're open until 8pm most days. I checked their hours one day,... drove over from the gym, parked in the Walker Ave. deck, just to see they were closed by 7pm-- glad I wasted all that time toget my dinner after a workout. Besides this, about 2/3 times, the staff here are dismissive and rude-- I am always worried theywill spit in my food. I'm in a 5-year-long grad program, and over the past 4 years, it has never changed. Read more
I am really disappointed with this place every time I have gone. 80% of the time staff looks bored and clearly hate to be at the... job. I have heard staff being too difficult for no particular reason. For example, a student asked to add chips and salsa andwas told to get back in the line. Other time, a staff member seemed too bothered by a question someone in line asked. On top ofthat, for charging a full price for an item, they do not even bother to give extra of anything. If you didn't want somethinglike rice or beans, good luck. They will not have enough courtesy to give you extra lettuce or something else. I love the queso and chips. The staff is friendly and I also love the steak nachos, they are so good.
I've been here several times and the staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes not at all. The food is okay but most of it is... majorly lacking salt or most seasoning. Sometimes the chips are a bit flimsy and on the greasy side, but the queso is usuallygood. Read more
I would give 0 starts if I could, the staff was rude.. ALL of them! This was my first time ordering and it is my last.. I don?t... wanna compare but lemme give you the image, I got large chicken bowl that?s smaller than my fist, it was 7.78$ and was gone in 3minutes. Chipotle chicken bowl is at least twice the size and 7.47$ and it takes me two days to finish it. Read more
This is it a Mexican restaurant within Elliot university center food court. It?s OK I think. Moes or Chipotle offer much better... experience than this! Read more
The food here is quite dry? Not the best for a place that has the word salsa in the name. Kind of insulting to real mexican... food. The wait times are pretty quick though if you want something to eat quick. Read more
