Had a great after school meal with my son. We ate at RT out Hwy 68. Good food with good service. Josh our waiter served with... great service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive (without being ?I?m working for a tip annoying??ifyou know what I mean), and she made recommendations?which we took?we weren?t disappointed whatsoever!???? Normally I would put five stars for this location as of 7/15/22. Yesterday, However, after ordering sweet tea, it wasn?t sweet... at all though a new glass was brought out. The ranch dressing seemed to be watered down. Hidden valley ranch does not have awatery consistency. The waitress was kind, attentive, and did a great job. It was just the food was not up to par. It's Ruby and it's tuesday. The service was great the host was very nice the food was really good I like the new menus they... added and as always the thing that stand out most is the salad bar I can build a big salad and not be judged. Read more

This is one of the few RT that's actually open for service and it was horrible. Salad bar wasn't replenished...only a few salad... items available. Shrimp scampi looked like a microwave meal. Garlic break was hard and not edible. Had to send the chickencarbonara back. Tables were dirty...staff wasn't low....so no excuse. Read more
Food is always good here and never a problem getting seated. We always sit in the bar area. The waiter we had today was... friendly and attentive. My salmon was cooked just right and a good size for the price. My husband lives his bourbon chickenentree. Bloody Marys nothing fancy but good. Will be back, unfortunately this is the only Ruby Tuesday near us. THREE othershave closed down. Really hope this one doesn't! Read more
Ordered the chicken sandwich today... And got a piece of chicken that looked like it'd been under a heat lamp for like 30... minutes and it wasn't even warm. I mean it look like something I would get in high school.. chicken paddy. I spoke withmanager and they made me another one but it was dry too.
